Over time, affirmations can help you to reconnect to your heart - your feeling centre - so you can process both positive and negative feelings and emotions more easily.
Negative emotions can then flow through and out of your body, without getting 'stuck' and causing physical problems.

Research has found that meditation benefits heart health. Regularly meditating on your feelings supports your physical heart in many ways, from changing how you cope with stress to lowering high blood pressure.
