What Happens in a Typical Counselling Session?
In a typical counselling session, we explore any issues that you want to work on, so you can gain clarity about the situation and be able to express your feelings and concerns.
You'll often achieve a significant benefit by becoming more aware of your feelings and emotions at a deeper level, and by being able to communicate these more effectively.
This means that you will be able to understand yourself better and make positive changes in your life.
I may also suggest techniques and tools that you can try to help you deal with the situation better. There are many different aspects that make you the person you are, so by working together we will find what works best for you.
Once you have completed your purchase, I will email you within 12 hours so we can find a convenient day/time for your session. Please keep an eye on your spam folder just in case!
