Hi, I'm Olly Wedgwood, and I'm a counsellor based in Tring in the UK.

I've been helping people for over 20 years as a teacher, tutor and mentor. In 2022 I retrained as a counsellor and now help adults and teenagers work through a variety of challenges.

How It Works

I work with both adults and young people on a one-to-one basis, providing a confidential, inclusive and safe space either online, or in-person at our studio in Tring (UK).

Each session is 1 hour long during which we'll explore your current situation and help you gain a deeper understanding of the different factors involved.

During these conversations, it's likely that you will become more aware of your feelings and emotions around the subject, which is an important step in the process of personal growth and overcoming challenges.

Counselling

Most people experience tangible benefits by meeting on a weekly or fortnightly basis over 7 - 10 sessions. However, this may vary depending on your goals and situation.
