Holistic counselling considers the whole of the individual including emotional, spiritual, psychological and physical aspects.
By helping you to grow in self-awareness and self-acceptance, you will be able to heal past trauma and develop sustainable and effective strategies to enhance your wellbeing.
I work with both adults and young people on a 1-to-1 basis, providing a confidential, inclusive and safe space either in person at our studio in Tring (UK), or online.
Together we can explore how you feel about a situation, see if we can find the root of the problem and then use proven holistic therapies to create the change that you want.
I offer a free initial meeting so I can make sure I can be of help to you, and you can feel comfortable working with me. This meeting lasts about 30-45 minutes and you’ll have plenty of opportunities to ask questions.
I offer a free 30-45 minute introductory session to explore how I can help you.
Normal sessions are usually about 50 minutes.
Prices for individuals are £50 per session.
