Think of lucid dream training in a similar way to physical training to get fitter. There are lots of important factors that will work together to help you achieve a fitness goal: eating healthy food, taking appropriate exercise, lowering your stress levels, getting enough sleep... and so on.
Learning to lucid dream works in the same way. There is no 'magic bullet' that will guarantee that you always become lucid whenever you want, but there are several important techniques that you can practice that will increase the chances. Just like fitness training, learning to lucid dream requires perseverance, patience and consistency. These are the magic ingredients!

Course Overview
Here’s an overview of what you’ll get in the Mastering MILD lucid dreaming course. The whole programme should take 3-4 weeks to complete, spending about 10 minutes on the exercises each day.
Module 1
To start with, I'll show you how to practise the essential prospective memory training that will give you the best chance of becoming lucid with the MILD method. It’s worth spending at least a week on this first step, as it provides the foundation for the whole technique. It’s also a lot of fun and will give you the added bonus of increasing your awareness in waking life.
Module 2
In Module 2, we’ll boost your dream recall ability using proven techniques. Most people have had many lucid dreams already, but have simply not been able to remember them. So this part of the course is vital to your success as a lucid dreamer. With that in mind, I highly recommend that you only work through this course when you are getting enough sleep, and have the time and ‘headspace’ to do the daily practice. This module ideally takes about a week.
Module 3
In the final module, we introduce the core of the MILD method using a step-by-step guided visualisation, which you can listen to ‘live’ when you have woken up from a dream. This audio recording will prime your subconscious mind to recognise when you are dreaming, and so trigger a lucid dream.
Module 4 - Bonus Hints & Tips
In the final module, you'll learn some powerful bonus techniques to maximise your chances of becoming lucid, and to stabilise your lucid dream so you can enjoy being in the dream for longer.
By working through this course, it is highly likely that you will experience a lucid dream within a few weeks, and some people may find it happens quicker. Either way, being consistent and patient with your practice is the key to success.
